clutch recommendations
I building my engine to run 400-450 what clutch would be best. If possible I don't want the to work on off.

Mine's a std Genuine Ford Clutch bought new a long time ago with Ford/AP plate and it's trying to slip on 365bhp in 4th/5th.
I have been recommended a 6 paddle AP formula clutch, which I will fit after summer use

Just put a helix 6 paddle in mine it's not too bad to drive with not as heavy as people said

i just fitted a full helix kit from matt lewis,
I also converted to hydraulic,
do it once and do it right imo

dont be like me and waste your money on a cg motorsport 6 paddle/ pressure plate slips at 20psi on a t34, AP 6 paddle / helix pressure plate on its way
