Hi All, I am a newbie on here and just need an experienced opinion.
I drive a 1.8 TDCI 2008 saloon and I am looking at upgrading to a hatchback 2009 1.8 TDCI. When I looked at the car today I noticed 3 of the 4 Injectors had the Injector Reference number blanked out..what does this mean? See pic

could they have been remanufactured, its strange to have the codes blanked off.

 

The injectors on these aren't coded to the ECU as far as I am aware, no idea why that would have been done either.

 

i thought they were coded!

 

The injectors are coded the fuel pumps are not

 

The injectors are not coded on the mk4 mondeo 1.8 tdci so I just presumed they weren't either on the focus (same engine)
