been to look at an F reg rs turbo,
car has had some bodywork and been painted although the bonnet could do with re doing.
still needs a couple of little jobs doing and could do with a new exhaust as the old one is huge,
what put me off was it seemed to take some time to start and when it did it had what appeared to be quite a bit of condensation coming out the exhaust.

any ideas ? ?

 

If the bonnet paint is like that it might be the sign of a poor paint job so could be other things wrong that you might not have seen. If it's been lying up a while then that could account for the condensation. Maybe get someone to look it over before you buy so you know what your getting into before you buy.

 

Did it clear once you'd driven it and it had warmed up fully? Did you check the water level? Temp gauge working and no signs of overheating?
