Took my turbo off earlier to swap my manifold and found these cracks. It's knackered right?

 

That looks terminal yes

 

Yea just what I thought, but thought id double check before I bin it as a few people have run them with cracks but I dont wan to risk it!

 

In sure an expert will come along to tell you what sort of trouble you'll get yourself into but I'm assuming it's the exhaust side is it? Can you not just change the housing?

 

Yea exhaust housing, im guessing its just gonna cause the turbine to explode and I dont wanna risk my engine. I could change the exhaust side but being as I need a better turbo anyways its perfect time for an upgrade.. even without no money
