Looking at replacing and I thought they were dark grey but have seen some for sale advertised as dark blue? Are they the same or are there different colours? I actually want them to fit in a 2wd with (what I thought was dark grey cloth) and I'll just replace the insets but now I'm confused...

I was watching those too as mine are not the best, never bidded though as they are just not worth that money, I'd rather do without.

I only need a drivers one.
Is there not a company that can re trim these for a reasonable price?

Just for your info, the later spec 92 cards might not fit the early doors as they need a 4th screw hole for the door handle
Just in case you were thinking of bidding
They will fit but the door skin may have to be modified to accept the extra clip

been there done that with virtually EVERY nut bolt screw and clip on my estate
i actually found it easier to change the entire door (both drivers side and rear passenger side) than to unplug and run the wires and stuff and so when i swapped the inside gubbings on the other side was when i hit all sorts of problems, even the locks needed "persuading" to get into position from the 92 spec car into my 89 spec door, plus some of the plug ends needed swapping over AND the central locking cycles the opposite way, so i was locking the car and it would unlock, and vise versa
that was an absolute ball ache to remedy
but on a happier note, you can still retain the older style locks with the newer style door cards, the newer ones look much better i think and if you can get hold of them from a GT car they normally come in black too

That's only the grilles from memory mate, and some are domed because if the different speakers in them
The hardest part is to not scratch the panels when you get the 2 screw covers off

Oh well, I'll just keep an eye out for the other side to match or I will have to see if an upholsterer can fix the originals. Spoke to someone at simply ford that had a local guy stretch and stick his for Ł10 per side..! I'm happy to pay whatever it takes (well within reason) s it is the only thing that lets the inside of my car down.
