Stage 2 TT T3 would be my call then Mike having had a NMS Gunship map on mine, ok it dies top end but they're a cracking little turbo, or a T34.48, again, quick spool but too end loss.
I agree with Jay, all dependant on your driving style and what you want to use the car for, have you got APs or other brake conversion on your car Mike?? What clutch, inter cooler, injectors too??

Car will be used for shows and weekends, no track use or launching, I'd like just a quick through the gears punchy pull. Your normal everyday driving with no high revving.
At the moment I'm decided on the stg2 TT T35.55, which should be good for up to 400, settle for 380.
I have new std genuine Motorcraft clutch and cover, Pro Alloy Rad and RS500 cooler, genuine 3 bar map sensor and 2 sets of new genuine Siemens Deka 3102's 55lb's, set of Bosch 803 greens. (Siemens going straight in)
Also I have but not fitted or may not put them in
14mm billet plenum spacer
AB07 inlet cam (is it worth putting in at the same time as mapped, just means I have to invest in a pair of verniers)
All booked in for live map 1st week in May

Brakes - I have standard 4wd calipers front and back with tarox G88's and ferrodo ds2500 pads front and rear
I have AP7040 6 pots to go on - just need to sort out funds for the bells, brackets and rotors off Martin at Reyland for the 362x32 up front

^^^ agree on this, punch will be superb and will give you a strong 360-380 with similar torque, don't get too concerned about making numbers Mike, it's how it drives on the road and a well setup T34.48 Cossie is a quick little car.
the most punchy of all the 5 cosies I had was without doubt the t3 I had at stage 3, ran 22 psi dropping off to 14 psi, it was poop above 120 mph, but below that it was very driveable, not actually that quick in timed terms, but it felt quick, very punchy.
^^^ Yep, again with you on this, I loved mine Karl mapped as I said in my previous post, mine was peaking @ 2 bar and it was manic, Chris aka Brammer will vouch how good this setup is /was, really is worth thinking about this Mike.

I mullered my box with my old t34 .48 setup. 3rd gear doesn't like it
Unless you want to get into transmission I'd do as Staffi said and stay T3. If I have another Sapphire that's what I'd do.

Problem is a small turbo like the t34 has a fair amount of low to mod range torque if mapped with the usual numskull boost spike so you are going to have to rev it in second high to gather as many revs in third to get higher up in the torque curve so you dont smash 3rd gear

I have this turbo with Siemens 55s and an msd chip and i find it great to drive. Was contemplating upgrading it to a t36 but then the 4x4 gearbox would need ££££ spending on it. I don't use the car enough to warrant the extra thousands needed for an extra 60 horsepower difference I'd probably gain.

I chose the T35.55, cost was the main factor. £720 new from turbo technics and it comes with T36 housing.
T36 starts to get expensive so I'd rather be looking at Borg Warner next.
Clutch was slipping whilst mapping so had to stick at 360, but it'll make 400 easy and I've not put the AB07 cam in yet

Clutch will have to wait until next year as well, I don't fancy pulling the box back out so soon.
Plan is to get the APs on, monitor, wheel refurb and a new set of branded tyres over winter
