Person selling it is a cunt and I hope their next shit is a hedgehog.

One will be nicked and that ID put on it, then sold to some unsuspecting victim.

Two peoples lives ruined because someone can't be assed to work for a living.

Mr Paul Harvey. If anyone's had a car nicked in their life and wants to give an earful.

You might find him at

26 Rockcliffe Lane, OL13 9NB

If he's not out fitting double glazing for cash.

Yes, I'm bored and trying to do anything but my accounts lol.

No. Someone binned their car, probably un-insured/pissed/3rd party only/whatever and is trying to sell as much of it as they can to make up losses.

The ID has no legal use. It will end up being put on a stolen car that will then be sold as genuine.

What I dont understand is, if this has been sitting underwater for who knows how long and has just been "discovered" how has the guy who is selling it got the V5 documents. Its been stripped and cut in half and could never be used again. Surely it has to be recorded as a total loss with the DVLA and with the association of British Insurance Companies. If anyone can enlighten me to how this can be a legal sale please tell me.

The story is a lie. Bad people do that.

If the owner didn't report the accident then no-one knows.

If anyone can enlighten me to how this can be a legal sale please tell me.
I think the law says it's not illegal to sell an ID, just to use it. Fucking stupid really.
