What I dont understand is, if this has been sitting underwater for who knows how long and has just been "discovered" how has the guy who is selling it got the V5 documents. Its been stripped and cut in half and could never be used again. Surely it has to be recorded as a total loss with the DVLA and with the association of British Insurance Companies. If anyone can enlighten me to how this can be a legal sale please tell me.
