Default Show season soon, what jobs have you got to do?

To get the car ready then?

Me, just fitted some new front bumber mounts, sprayed the spliter and fog surrounds.

along with a full service, almost.

Just got to
fit the bumper,
reattach an oil breater pipe I snapped off!
recheck my fuel filter dont leak, after fitting some dowty washers.

change the insurance from layaway to road use

Taxing for the 1st April, as will use for work next week, due to being school holidays less traffic

then pop to a mates to have the cambelt renewed.

Ive just had my timing belt and tensioner removed the other week. I thought since the t belt cover was off i would change the dizzy cap and arm.

I just havent got round to refitting it yet. I haven't booked any cars shows yet cause im waiting to get into our new house.

Some more miles and then oil change, as I killed it on way to ford fair last year.
Refurb on current wheels or change to S2 wheels.
Get modded bumper finished and a bit of paint work.
Fit additional gauges.

I got a bit carried away with mine.

It currently looks like this, only I've stripped it some more and started cutting metal out lol.

And I haven't even touched the rear end yet lol.

I won't list what I have to do because I would be here all day.

Here's a small selection of the parts I've been buying.

The 4i needs a visit to the legend Moan of Turbosystems for a mapping session.

The 3dr needs the original wheels refitting.

No shows booked yet as I am moving from Kent to Somerset in April. Will have plenty to do in the house but I have a very nice 4 car garage with a workshop space at the back to play in.

All fluids changed
Refit rear beam
Buy tyres for my new wheels and get them on.
Cam belt change
Mot
God knows what else but safe to say progress will be slow. I bought the wheels months ago and they haven't been anywhere near the car yet. If they don't clear my brakes I'll be fucking gutted

Mot and tax... Easy enough
Once retrimmed interior is done, swap it all over...
Fit new manifold and book it in for mapping...
