Default Fiesta Air bag light.

Peeps My air bag light is staying on after it flashes a few times.
I have done the usual unplugged the connection under the seat and plugged it back again to no avail.
Is there anything else I can do?
It's a Mk1 2001 model.
Any thoughts would great thanks.

Get the fault codes from the Airbag system read with a Ford specific scanner?

All you have to do is drive to the dealer or a good universal with the right equipment and pay them to read the fault codes from the Airbag system. That's not to difficult, or is it?
