Default Help Please Someone, ST170 no power 😞

Hi. Please oh please can someone help me with this, I am getting a loss of power when the car warms up. Cold its fine goes like a rocket but its as if as soon as the auto choke goes off, its coughing spluttering under hard acceleration, pick up is slow and if I'm going up hill I might as well get out and walk. I'm losing the will to live with it now, here's a list of what iv tried changing:
Fuel filter (new)
Fuel pump
Pump driver module (new)
Spark plugs (new)
Leads
Coil pack
O2 sensors (new)
Air flow meter
Timings been checked
De-cated
The non new parts were removed form a good running car. My code reader come up with o2 sensor and timing is retarded but timings been checked and is fine. The only other query I have is plug 3 has a erratic spark, if you pull the lead off the coil pack end it sparks fine, pull it of the plug and it is hit and miss spark. But that happens when its cold or hot and iv swapped the pack and leads and both sets do the same. Iv also checked the plastic bit on the side of the inlet manifold for the control runner for turning 90 degrees on start up and it is doing it. Next on my list of things to change is fuel pressure sensor and cam sensor.
Any help, advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Iv also cleaned the PCV (wasn't blocked and moved freely anyway) and the breather to the throttle body is clear. Any suggestions? Please😭

you have covered all the main problem areas, I would personally stick in for diagnostics session before throwing anymore money at it and let them tell you whats up
