Recently got a mk6 for free so decided to run it coz it's actually ok,after crashing it into a fallen down tree the first day I insured it I've decide I want to smarten it up, I'm having it colour coded nd bought some 17x7 wheels that look a lot like mo5s which is nice.planing on lowering it 60mm I like a lowish car, question is tyre size I no standard is 205/40 in 17" bit will it rub being that low I no that might depend on offset more than anything but do I go for 195/40 instead,but I hate it wen a car is lowered and under tyred looks daft. Any pics of 60mm lowered mk6 and the tyre size would be a big help cheers,
