Turbo Repair Kits (where from?)

I have an oil seal gone in a 1.4 Fiesta TDCi I got for the wife, but struggling to find a turbo repair kit for it.

Any help appreciated.

I got a repair core for a Merc was off ebay , so no need for ball ing as comes complete and balanced. worked great for two years so far
