Any diagrams for how the pipe work should be? From what I can make out the system flows thought the header tank is this correct or should the header tank pipe just T into the system?

Chargecoolers have their own header tank as such. Should run through the pump, through the cooler and back through the tank?

That's what mine does anyway!!
