I just couldn't bring myself to actually drive my Focus RS Mk1 (build number 4468) as it was far to clean, it's been bugging me for months.
Bought a bit more useable Evo 9, well to give its full name Mitsubishi Evolution MR FQ360 By HKS, 1 of 200 built.

Awesome piece of machinery is all I can say really, never felt grip like it

1st ever Jap car... Originally wanted a TME, then a 9GT and ended up with this due to limited numbers. 1st drive of over 150 miles I thought to myself "why didn't I do this sooner"

Yeah Evos are great mate, one thing you'll not have is the being paranoid Sheady built 3 of mine, should have kept my Tommi , but you know me

 

It was absolutely mint and I just couldn't bring myself to drive the bleedin thing

It was mint, 17k on clock and I hated driving it incase I got it dirty

I do like these mind. I would rather have one of these than a impreza.

 

Depends what Impreza Glenn, my Spec C was better than all of my Evos tbh, big claim but true, so good out of the box

 

I just like the look of the evo 8/9 over the impreza.s

I bloody hate the sound of imprezas too lol.

 

Spec C doesn't have that sound

What's it running power power wise?

 

If its a standard FQ360 I believe they are 366bhp.

 

Im aware of that mate, was a evo owner for 5 years.

Looking at the engine bay pic, its not stock & the 80 series turbo fitted will take over 400bhp providing it has the correct supporting mods.

 

415bhp, unsure on torque

Must go well, it will become addictive & expensive the things you can do with Evo's

 

Deffo one car you have to own. Loved mine wish I never sold it.

 

My dad has a yellow evolution 8 since it was 12 months old.
running 400 brake and the grip is immense, gives you lots of confidence.
I'm ok as a passenger in it with him but years ago in his Sierra i used to shat myself
