New to this I have a fiesta zetec s mk6 I was just wondering if the 60mm throttle body for the st fits my car? Will the at cams fit and make a difference or the injectors if anyone can let me know cheers.

Hello and welcome, cant see the bigger throttle body being of any use to you even if it fits, its not the biggest restriction in your engine so no point changing it. Cams would be a good move but go aftermarket, ST's have different engines Get yourself a nice exhaust manifold and system along with some cams and an ecu remap would give you nice performance gains.

Cheers mate and I've put a Pipecross panel filter in and done the exhaust just need to get a hold of a good manifold. I was just wondering mate cz every little counts. I just thought of the st cams because there cheaper and may help but if they don't fit then aftermarket will be the way to go

Look for a set of Shawspeed SS4 cams and a set of ARP big end bolts.
If I remember rightly, with a good remap you should see around 150bhp.
After that you will need an individual throttle body setup.

Can get a 4 2 1 manifold of an st for £50 will it fit my zetec s or are they different

Totally different engines.
The ST is a Duratec and the Zetec S is a Sigma.
