Cool Orion /Escort 1.8 Ghia X (SOLD)

Some of you that attend Shows and passionford events would have seen this car on our stand, Even though ford badged it as a escort it will always be a Orion to me, Been a ultra reliable car and a pleasure to own, only reason for selling it is I have another car and intend to sorn this from jan 1st if not sold, as the pictures show its no dog and buffs up well, heres the good and bad of this future rare classic, was pretty amazed how much attention this car got at some shows earlier this year as it was parked next to cosworths and the like owned by passionfords elite, This a turn Key car ready to drive away whatever the distance

Off topic, But is that number plate always on the car or is it just for show purposes? If its on the car for road use how do you get away with that? I only wonder as ive noticed it on alot of your threads and on a frst at some point.

Said it before but this car looks proper clean

I own the plate and its back on retention, black/silver plates were only ever used at shows etc as not worth getting pulled for being a pleb lol ,

Haha can't believe I have that much of a reputation

As much as I would like it, I already have a MK5 Escort saloon, a MK5 RS2000 rally car, another MK5 rally car coming, and a Clio 172 Cup, so I'm full currently!

Without wishing any disrespect to Steve's car, the Clio is just in a different league to an Escort, it's ridiculous fun. It's nice having a cheap hack that you don't care about too.

Steve's car looks a beautiful example though, I'm sure someone will buy it. I'm still sorely tempted, but just have no idea what I'd do with it!
