Hi all,

I have a 2WD 1988 sapphire with amber rear lamps and the N/S is damaged and on the O/S 2 of the bolts have snapped and is leaking water in.

Ive looked for a set of ambers but can only find smoked ones for a sapphire.
Are hatchback rear lamps the same as sapphire ones?

They are different ,when fitted they lay in at the top and do not look right

 

Ahh thats good you said then as at the moment thats all i can find in amber.

I will keep looking for a set for a sapphire then.

Correct, Saph's are thicker.

Have you tried Gary at RS Cosworth Breakers in Portsmouth 02392379000 ? Also try this one on E-Bay carparts-express they are advertising amber rear lights at £60 a pair.
