For Sale is my 205 Block cosworth engine that i recently removed from my sapphire cosworth.
The engine has only done 3000 miles but at the time of the rebuild i never got round to having the outside "tarted up" so to speak.
I have had the rocker cover powder coated and machined, the exhaust manifold cleaned.
All mounts brackets pulleys etc have been painted or powder coated. Nuts and Bolts have been Zinc coated.
I have fitted a brand new cambelt and tensioner pulley with wrc lock nut for buyers piece of mind.
The engine itself was rebuilt by a reputable engine builder down here in Portsmouth.
All parts mentioned were fitted at time of rebuild so have done around 3000 miles also.
I had the block honed and pistons refitted with new oversized rings.
ACL Race bearings throughout.
ARP Conrod bolts.
Cosworth HP Oil pump.
Victor reinz uprated head gasket.
New Cosworth head bolts.
2wd Head fully reconditioned.
Bosch 90Amp Alternator (500 miles)
Inlet manifold stripped and cleaned
Motorsport HT Leads
3 bar map sensor
New Coolant sensor
New Thermostat
New ACT sensor
New Phase sensor
New Crank Sensor
Bosch 803 Dark green Injectors
T34.48 Turbo rebuilt 2000 miles ago
Standard Flywheel
Standard Cambelt Cover
Engine will be good for 360bhp+

No i havent timed it up, i literally took all the pulleys off had them cleaned and painted and then put them back on! The engine will need to be timed up more accuratley! Thankyou.

if you cant time it up put pistons half way in bore and remove belt-will save it getting damaged by somebody ...
