Default Ford Focus 2.0 Zetec - what would you do?

Hi all,

So i bought our lass the above a few months ago. lovely looking 3 Door 2.0 Zetec. Looks like an ST with 17" wheels, FSH, no rust a real tidy car. As of last week ive bought her a new car as she was nagging. Put the Car on ebay, it sold but to a time waster.

Now ive always like the car, looks and drives great and with no faults im aware of but what should i do with her?

im not in to show and shine i prefer the track / motorsport route but FWD has never excited me however id love to have a go with her on track.

Initial thoughts are to fit Focus RS wheels, hunker her down and decent 4-1 manifold for some grunt but will i be throwing money at something which is half baked if that makes sense.

What would you guys do...

Would make a decent enough track car, it's not all about power.

I wouldn't fit bigger wheels, that will just slow it down and won't do anything for the handling.

Strip out all the weight you can, fit decent quality coilovers, good tyres and just enjoy it.
