I'll happily apologise if you explain what you intend to do with the shell already bearing an ID as you have described and the escort ID you intend to procure

To be honest though if you are going to pm andy2577 for advice on how to do it legally then it reads even more that you were prepared to just swap ID's without knowing (or caring ) about the law, so my original comment still stands

If its all above board you wouldn't need to consult another member on the legality of it AFTER announcing your intention to do it.
