Right after about 18months I've finally had my clutch done, as people advised on here I went for the organic cp2000-8 and also had the mk5 mod done aswel, now the biting point is literally on the floor, but my question is, how far can I turn the bolt to adjust the biting point before getting problems?

 

The bolt raises the pedal, so you can adjust it a fair bit (pedal sky high) before it's too far... Just go a few turns at a time until you get it where you like it mate.

 

The pedals near enough level with the brake pedal, I was under the impression turning the bolt clockwise it raises the biting point, or am I wrong??

 

It adjusts the pedal height (Bolt acts against he quadrant pushing the pedal further away or pulling it closer), it does nothing to the clutch itself mate.
