Decided im doing one more tame project.

Nothing as crackers as the last series 2!!

Not too ballistic. Base model mk 2 fez on steelies, 2.0 silvertop, forged rods & pistons, arp bolts, uprated valve springs ect, Rover turbo inlet manifold, omex 600. Was aiming for 300-320bhp.

Anyone know if the tubular focus rs exhaust manifold and stage 3 gt28 will fit in there ok?

Or if not is there anything else i should consider? What is the log type standard focus rs manifold good for?
Ps. I dont want a cvh adaptor plate with a T3!

Im on a budget as ive just bought a house! So will be on an escort gear box for now. And yes il keep a few spare ones too!

 

FRS gearbox is a must really. If you plan on driving it how it should be driven! I stripped fifth gear on mine after a month or two of abuse at just under a bar boost. Was a freshly built box too!
