I've got chance of a little 207 1.4 hdi 2009 that mint, it's a van that has been changed to a car all rear seats n belts fitted and side windows, now can I change it to a car on the logbook so it's cheaper tax as car is 30 a year n van is a lot more and insurance is cheaper? Can it be done

The type approval is fixed as a van. Not sure if you can change the taxation class. It may need to pass an IVA for the seat conversion?
