Default saff 4x4 o/s/f drive shaft popd out

As title says, when cuming out of a junction thismornin my driver front drive shaft shat itself. I was on nearly full lock to the right and under abit of eceleration! Ivheard this is a comon problem and folk fitt Xr4x4 wans cos ther 10mm longer. Can anyone shine sum light on this subject please? Or has anyone got a shaft 4 sale? Cheers

will need to check your engine mounts on your car as when these go this normally happens.

No need for longer shafts IMO. Broken engine mounts will cause this or original mounts on tuned cars or if you accelerate hard from stand at full lock with broken or original mounts. Would go for uprated collins mounts, will save you hundreds of shafts and will give you straighter acceleration response. But new original ones will last another 20 years I guess.
