I don't know why I bought it and I don't know what I'm going to do with it
All I do know is I do love a MK3.

I did have a quick look in the workshop and found an over-rider and a pair of orange indicators so popped them on.

And I did find a set of Wilwoods for an absolute bargain.

I won't be doing anything to it, though, until the RS Turbo is finished. I know that much.
It's a 1982 XR3 shell. CPU 474X if anyone has any info on it. It's pretty clean. Had a new front panel, battery tray, both front wings at some point and a few patches on the floor, but looks in good nick undernieth at the rear.
There's a few small areas that I want to sort, need to investigate fusebox area, some small bubbling on the scuttle and rear panel but it's a tidy car.
It's been painted, but I'm unsure what colour, so will need to take a mirror down to the paint shop to get a match mixed. Although, it is very similar to frozen white when I compared it to the Focus.
Currently it's just a bare rolling shell, but it is polybushed, bronze tint glass all round and on S1 wheels.
I also quite like the black number trims but unsure yet if they work with the S1 arches.
Fancy doing something different with it when the RST is finished, like a RWD conversion, but for now, it's just sat in the workshop with a cover over it.
