Default Escort RS Turbo suspension kits?

Looks like my old Spax kit is past its best (as an understatement) so will be on the hunt for a reaplacement kit.

Have seen Koni T/A's but these seem somewhat pricey from what I remember kits costing. Managed to find a kit from Apex at £350 for shocks and springs but considering going the whole hog and fitting up GAZ coilovers. Car is stripped and caged so can't help but lean towards the coilovers but they are the fat end of £600.

Thoughts and opinions people?

I have Koni's on mine and find them a little harsh at times but I havent had the chance to adjust them up yet to see if it frees them up, However it makes the car stick to the road like its on rails

Has to be Koni dampers unless you're going coilovers.

My cabby has Koni adjustable dampers, Avo -35mm springs and is fully poly bushed. I paid £200 for the dampers brand new on theBay some years ago.

Agree with the above, Koni's make it handle well.
