I've recently fitted a Bosch 941 fuel pump on start up car was fine air/fuel was 13.5 took it out on track and it started to over fuel badly air/fuel 10 on idle and also on boost must of gone below 10 as -- was displayed at one point has anyone got any ideas????dose fitting an uprated pump require the metering unit to be tuned to take the extra fuel?? any ideas anyone cheers.

to add I've pulled the wire off the emfpa and it didn't make any difference I've also swapped it with another emfpa and i'v still got the same fault.
cold start valve has been disconnected and I've checked to see if leaks even tho it has been disconnected.

Yes you should have it setup.
But varying AFR's could be voltage dropping/increasing to the pump, I'd replace the wiring if you haven't already mate, should see battery voltage at all times.
