Copper Seals

Hi All

I ve just put new copper seals on the injectors of my 2008 1.4td. Cyc 1 2 and 3 all fine but 4 hasnt sealed.

Any ideas?

1 check its tight ,
2 remove examine for debris
3 try again

check the seal seat, if it was blowing before it usually eats away slight either on the injector or the head.

Yea. Ive looked at the seat and i think thats the case.
