as title, has anyone had experience of these? I've put a 2.0 zetec into a g plate XR3i with the efi system, and i've seen that they make a plate so i can just bolt on the original cvh inlet manifold to the zetec head - just wondered if anyone else has done this and what its like in terms of performance etc

 

I bought one off ebay a while ago, the port holes lined up badly so I sent it back. Would have been very restrictive imo
