Revs hanging and misfire!!! Help

Revs hanging and misfire!!! Help
So iv got 2.0 blacktop in mk5 fiesta.
First it was over revving so iv replaced ICV and MAF with genuine ford parts and it fixed the over revving but now iv got low idle revs and misfiring ? When I put the engine in 2 months ago it had new leads new coil pack and new spark plugs so I'm trying to avoid replacing them.
Anyone think of any possibilities?
