Hi, I just picked up an escort cosworth, the car has a new type Pete Doughty box in it which is only a year or so old and covered very little miles.

The car is mainly going to be used as a road car with the odd track day.

The box is just to damn noisy for me and don't think I can live with it to be honest. What other options do I have to either quietened it down or get another box? Are all uprated boxes this noisy? What sort of power do standard boxes handle? Thanks

Guessed you might have bought that one, very nice. If you sell the pde box cheap I may be interested. It might be enough to make me keep escos lol
