2.0 icv on rs1800 inlet?

2.0 icv on rs1800 inlet?
Has anyone ever known of a 2.0 ICV been fitted to the rs1800 HO inlet. Iv seen 2.0 conversions done with this inlet but don't understand how they swap the ICV. Thanks
