The fuel pump on my Focus TDCi became faulty so I ordered one from a breakers yard. When it arrived, the garage installing it noticed the serial number was different - original one was R90442015A and the replacement I was sent was R90442013A. The garage has tried to code the pump to the vehicle but have not been able to get it to work. Does anyone know whether the different serial number pump should be compatible?
