as ive changed my seats to bucket seats 1.6 escort finesse and ive done away with seat belt pre tensioner is there a a way or anything i can buy to make it think it still has it connected

Some systems allow you to short the plug out under the seat and bypass it. You would need to research this though for your make and model.
