I have a problem with my blowers/Air Conditioning it doesnt work on any of the settings hot or cold there is nothing coming out of it i've changed the Heater resistor and that hasn't helped is there anyone that can help and say where parts are located on my car. I will have to admit that the car was hit by a wave during a storm but its only the blowers/Air Conditiioning that don't work any help will be much appreciated.

I drive a 2006 ford fiesta Zetec 1.4.
