All depends how much you can do yourself tbh.
Your gonna need to add pick ups for sensors, be it at the flywheel or crank/cam pulleys, inlet manifold will want modding or swapping for a efi inlet, possibly changing the head or using a adapter plate. Then its wiring and mapping unless you can get something pre mapped.
I would deffo go for something more modern, I've had mfi, cossie and now megasquirt.

I've just had boost monkey OFAM ecu fitted that's a direct replacement for any ofab/ofac efi set up but they are working a conversion kit that keeps a lot of the mfi stuff, check them out see what you think
