Hi, I want to take out the sunroof of my mk4 escort rs turbo. Just want to know the Easiest way please

Wind the sunroof all the way back so its completely open.

Then looking into the sunroof from above the car you will see several screws which need removing.

Next wind the sunroof all the way forward and into its tilt possition.

Remove the winder handle.

Then lift the glass up enough to clear the front edge of the roof, and pull it towards the front of the car. (it can sometimes require a bit of an initial tug to remove the mech from where it clips in at the back. Also be very careful not to drag the mech across the roof. This part I would recommend you get someone to help.)
