Default Anyone good with Snap-on OBD II fault codes?

Basically I have a few isues with my M5, and kidnly got access to a snap on reader which I used on my car to clear the codes, but it seems the Snap on codes are not your 'usual' fault codes, does anyone know where I could find the corresponding fault codes a normal reader would generate?

i.e I know the first one on the list, 170, is PO411 in normal speak, but the snap on ones don't mean a lot to me

Grab yourself a version of PA Soft on ebay, works really well on the M5, you can reset all the adaptions etc on there.

The fault codes are NOT OBD2/EOBD codes, but rather factory codes.
The Snapon scanner is using the factory protocol to retrieve the codes, which is better than the generic EOBD/OBD2 protocol as you usual can see more codes this way.
The numbers are different but the text should be somewhat self-explainatory.
However, I do believe that code 22 is for the Vanos on bank 1, not bank 2. Probably a small mistake in the Snapon scanner's database.

So, you have a defective cat on bank 2.
The secondary air pump is not working correctly.
There's a problem with the cooling fan for the ecu box.
There's a Vanos problem on bank 1 (Exhaust) which may lead to the mixture problem on bank 1 as well (code 144).

Check for oil in the cam loom connectors and the lambda connectors, use the scanner to do a actuator test on the vanos motor/solenoid to see if its adjusting the rocker
