Fuel pressure regulater
Running a fiesta fuel pressure regulator need to know what size the o ring is that seals it? Is it something I would get out of halfords?

it has to be a viton o ring to cope with the fuel

As per Nigel's comment, a Halfords o-ring will just be cheap generic non-fuel resistant material. You need Viton
