If it works and the load cells are of decent quality it should be fairly accurate

I think its pretty awesome tbh

they obviously wont have all the software/capability to give a figure but as a load it up test bed for mapping why not. bonkers but fair play to them I say

and, as an added bonus, no worries about how much air you need to change in the dyno cell either, or it's temps, because it's bloody cold up there
