I am looking for a company who will tig weld and fabricate mandrel bend) some exhaust bends for me....

i am happy to make some jig as the car cannot be moved at the moment.

does anyone know of a company that will do this job

I'm having an exhaust made for my rs16i, exactly as the original. Including all boxes and the back box is identical in stainless and tig welded by a guy that makes custom porsche ones

I dropped him off the old rusty one, but he said he needs the car to make it perfect

I can pass his number to you. He's in redditch tho, not cheap. But you get an amazing exhaust

I was going to suggest the exact same place. My grandad has just had an exhaust made there for his vintage car. It really is a great exhaust and very well made!!

 

JAC performance exhausts in a Hucknall Notts. He's just done Sir Sterling Moss's Coventry climax, an RS200 etc etc. His work is amazing and he's not expensive, on site polisher and use both tig and mig welding to customers requirements. He's done all my exhausts and uses anything from mild to titanium.
