I have a ford fiesta mk6 1.2 finesse 53 plate petrol and I have stripped it down and is currently away getting sprayed primer grey! My plan was to put the 1.2 engine back in but have came into money lately and I am planning on putting a bigger engine in! My first plan was to put a 1.6 zetec s engine in but can't find any that I want. I have found a 1.6 duratec engine on the other hand and by just looking at the engine it looks like it goes straight in! I'm just needing to know if I can use my alternator, steering rack and all pipes, radiator etc! I have a mate that said I can leave the 1.2 wiring on the car and get a ecu piggy bag kit that will tune the engine etc for the different fuel levels required etc! Just need to know if there are any differences and if so what are they?
