Right brought myself a second hand front mount intercooler for my Escort, fitted it all nice but I haven't yet brought and fans, I was thinking 2 10inch fans to mount on the front but worried this will not cool the rad enough?
Also it very much looking like I need to cut a bit out of the bumper to make it all fit
So my question is how did you all fit yours and what is the best method in doing so?
Is 2 10inch fans powerful enough? Is there another way to do it?
Will be very grateful for any feedback please

 

Which cooler and which bumper? 88 or 90 spec.

 

90spec bumper and it's a RMD front mount

 

Depends on intercooler really, Measure it up before setting on your fan set up.

 

Ideally you want the fans inbetween the rad and cooler, for looks and cooling efficiency, I would just mod the bumper as best possible to accommodate that setup...
