thanks..

They look to be pretty much the same cam, the newman one has very slightly more lift.

From the spec sheets the AB07 cam has power band of 1500-6500 and the newman one 1000-6000.

The full lift on the AB07 is at 115 degrees while the newman is at 112, this may be why the power band is lower??

Would be interested in this myself as I am currently looking at a new inlet cam

Newman is the make (I have one)
the ab07 cam I think can be used without valve cut outs on your pistons .
the Newman BD 14 cam needs valve cut outs
be careful to which cam you buy and it will change how the car drives ,
my cam set up is inlet newman BD 14 and exhaust cam BD 8 (standard)
hope this helps

spec and build by myself and brother , tbh we do everything , only thing we wont do is respray the p100 that's it
the BD 14 BD 8 set up is used with a few people and also matt lewis was selling this set up, good for 400ish bhp maybe more , if I go more my gearbox is dead so no go for now lol
I read that it gives more low to mid power too if I remember correctly
