I need an oil temperature sensor with a 1/8 npt thread to fit in my dry sump tank.
Can anyone recommend one? I've heard I can use a Bosch water temperature sensor would that be okay?

Had you looked at the Rspec ones been using these for a while but will depend what resistance your gauge needs

More expensive, but a combined pressure and temperature sensor. Obviously if it's in the tank though it will be of little use as far as pressure goes.

VDO sensors with 1/8 NPT threads:
part number 323-801-005-001D has a max temp of 120 degrees C
part number 323-801-090-001D has a max temp of 150 degrees C
If you're wiring them to a digi dash, I've got the calibration curves for both.
