James has said the issue lies with the board or the chip on my frst which is converted to cossie managemnt what happens it cars run but just cuts off now its either tge board or chip but i read that p8 and l8 had the pectel board so why wud my l6 ecu have pectel board is this tge problrm

 

it is known as an L 600 and was a very common pectel conversion in the cosworth hay day
you must have the correct pectel L600 eprom configured and installed
