Father has been trying to get the free which laptop guide but as we live in Ireland it's not possible.

It just means calling 0800 380 380 and getting it posted to you and then send on to me , if anyone wouldn't mind I'd cover any costs.

Good luck whoever tries to get it. I've tried to get it twice with no luck. One time somebody from Which called me to check that i'd received it, told them that we hadn't received anything so they said they would send it again - still got bugger all so i gave up.
