hi, i have a mk3.5 fiesta 1.1 and i plan on swapping the engine with a 1.3, before i fit the 1.3 i want to strip the engine, clean it up and rebuild it, i am trying to make a list of parts i need to replace,

could any one help? what seals or other parts etc and any tips for rebuilding?

please no one reply if all your going to say is "dont bother get a bigger engine" i am 20 and insurance is high so not possible for me to yet and i would like to learn on this 1.3 i can pick up cheap

Wouldn't worry about rebuilding it, they have soft bores in them, i would do the head gasket and water pump while it's out of the car, need a head gasket set, easy engine to work on as it's push rods
