Help needed for 3dr
I noticed the steering was a bit vague so investigated and found that where the steering rod joins on to the steering rack there is a rubber bush and its perished on one side..obviously the problem...but how do i change it??.........
not a easy job, the steering coloum needs to come out i think.
you need to undo the pinch bolt holding the coloum to the bush then the 3 or 4 m8 bolts which hold the bush to the rack.
think thats right.
Been a while since i've looked

Just change the whole lower coupling?
Dont think they are meant to be rebuildable as such.
2 bolts is it not? 10 or a 13mm spanner I believe?
Remove the upper bolt n swing the clamp out the way
The coupling should then just slid up n off the splined shaft.
